What you’ll be doing

Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance.

You will be involved in:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
• Supporting litigation and pre-litigation activities, including drafting notice letters.
• Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition law).
• Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures

What we’re looking for:

You have strong organizational skills, positive and business-oriented mindset, problem-solving attitude and flexibility. Moreover, you have strong listening skills and a proactive approach and you are able to work with diverse internal teams in an open and effective manner.

Master’s degree in Law.

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience both in law firms and in-house.

Language:

• English: Fluent written and spoken;
• Italian: Fluent written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Bar exam
• Expertise in Food Law or FMCG sector

Type of contract: freelance collaboration agreement under a VAT-registered position for professionals enrolled in any Italian Bar Association, or alternatively a secondment arrangement through law firms. Company laptop is included.
