As a Production Trainee, you will be part of our Integrated Supply Chain organization working with our Engineering & Performance Excellence teams. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of brewing production processes and support you in developing the skills necessary for a successful career in manufacturing.

You will support activities such as: 

• Project Management related to continuous improvement of standard and maintenance activities (Mechanical, Automation and Electrical)
• Performance management improvement projects in manufacturing context

• Promotion of standardized solutions and tools within plant activities
• Monitoring efficiency, safety & performance KPIs
• Lead of focus improvement initiatives seeking to create technical standards to ensure process capability, product quality and operational excellence within production lines
• Implementation of Carlsberg best practices and ways of working within the brewery
• Efficiency project dedicated to improving spare parts management

 Education needed:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business administration (or other relevant field eg. STEM degrees).

General good information technology literacy is needed as long as good command of Microsoft Office tools.
